Each article of Best-Fix BV meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. For this we follow the warranty given by the manufacturer, but at least the warranty determined by the Dutch law.
If unexpectedly the item defects in normal use within the warranty period, it will be repaired,(partially) credited or replaced free of charge. This will be determined by Best-Fix BV and the manufacturer
The warranty covers only manufacturing and/or material defects. Of course, normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
A tool that is returned for warranty evaluation, must be clean and there must be some used fasteners with it.
No claims on the warranty can be made by:
- damage by intent or through negligence;
- improper use or improper maintenance;
- wrong fasteners, other than delivered by Best-Fix especcially to the tool;
- normal wear and tear;
- damage caused by the failure of customer to observe the operating instructions.
If you have a complaint about an article, please contact us by e-mail. If possible, please enclose a photo of the complaint.
You will receive a response from us with instructions on how to act ASAP.
In case of an unfounded complaint, the costs incurred are charged to the customer.
Warranty outside the Netherlands:
Products that are qualified for warranty can be returned on request.
However both the costs of transmission to Best-Fix BV as the return shipment to the customer, are on behalf of the owner of the article.
